Dr. Marc A. Rosen is a Professor of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Ontario Tech University (formerly the University of Ontario Institute of Technology) in Oshawa, Canada, where he also served as the founding Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.
