
Biography :
Attianna is a Civil Engineer graduated from École Supérieure Polytechnique d’Antananarivo, University in Madagascar. She obtained her Master’s degree in Urban Engineering from Chung-Ang University, Korea, where her thesis entitled “Urban Flood Management under Climate Change for Drainage System Design: A Case Study in Major Cities of Madagascar” received the Best Thesis Award. She is currently a third-year PhD candidate in the Department of Integrated Science and Technologies, Civil Engineering Graduate School, Nagasaki University, Japan. She serves as a civil servant in Madagascar and previously held the position of Director of Studies and Standards at the Ministry of Public Works. Her research focuses on urban flooding, climate change impacts, and resilient infrastructure development.
