Certified Consultant Civil Engineer and Exclusive Project Director with 38 years of comprehensive experience across military, and public sectors. Elite academic foundation from Military Technical College (Class of 1988, Cumulative Grade Very Good with Honours). Officially registered Consultant Engineer in Airport Design (since 2006) and Concrete Structural Design (since 2023). A published researcher with multiple scientific papers contributed to the field of airport engineering and aviation infrastructure. Proven track record in airfield development and highway design from 1982 to 2012. Extensive exclusive leadership experience as Head of Civil Engineering Projects Sector (2012 – 2026), Directing large – Scale engineering consultations, structural design, and multi – Disciplinary projects execution within the public sector.i currently work at the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
